Hold the phone upright at eye level. Return to the setup screen and tap Fight while looking straight ahead. Move your head sideways rather than turning your face or leaning toward the camera.

The game cannot find my face
Use even front lighting, keep your whole face in view, and clean the front camera. Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → Knockout if camera access was denied.
I bought a continue
A continue restarts the lost round with three lives. If approval is pending, return to the app after Apple completes it. If delivery failed, use Recover purchase on the knockout screen.
Can I restore a continue?
Continues are consumable purchases, so Apple does not restore them after they are used. A credit delivered outside a lost round is stored only on the device and may be lost if the app is deleted.
How do refunds work?
Apple handles payments and refunds. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the purchase.
How do I delete my data?
Knockout stores progress only on your iPhone and has no account or server profile. Delete the app to delete its local data.
